The coffee table was damaged, two with the three plastic chairs outside ended up broken. The house really could make use of a good power washing and that would make a big improvement for the deck. 4 The owner replaced the refrigerator due to the fact our last stay two years back, which was needed. I feel that the property owner needs to address several challenges. The main complaint that I have with the home would be the sliding glass doorways. Most, Otherwise all, of these really need to be replaced. The cannabis-therapy door which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area for the rear deck) is extremely tough to open.

The property is as advertised - nothing extravagant into the house but excellent location over the beach. No, the house is not really full of your latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't many decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.
